The pay scale for this position is $18.00-$20.00ph in consideration of education and/or experience. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Qualified NYS drivers' license. Ability to communicate and understand written and oral directives/information. Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Practices and promotes the agency mission statement and promotes the agency guiding principles in every interaction. Provide ongoing support to individuals in becoming active participants in every aspect of their lives (i.e., self-care routines, health, safety, household chores, socialization, and overall well being) and to ensure that a high quality of life is maintained.
